Ingredients

  • 2 c NON - DAIRY MILK
  • 1/4 tsp. CINNAMON
  • 1/8 tsp. ALL SPICE
  • 1/8 tsp. XANTHAN GUM
  • 1/8 tsp. CLOVES (POWDERED)
  • 3 PITTED DATES (PRE SOAKED)
  • 2 BANANAS (VERY RIPE)

    1. All ingredients in hi speed blender. Blend till all are combined.
