I keep it pretty simple and easy. I believe in a nutrition first approach to fitness. Understanding that food is an essential partner to any wellness program. I advocate for a plant strong diet to achieve ultimate wellness. Have I trained non vegans? Yes, the results have been slower to come and a bit more challenging along the way. Understanding that our body craves whole foods as the ultimate fuel, the ability to yield quicker results is just that much easier.
PLAN OF ACTION
The process starts with free consultation. We start with a consultation to understand your current nutrition/ food challenges and triumphs, wellness goals, current fitness level, mental readiness and level of commitment. This is a crucial step within the process. The P.o.A will serve as the starting point of creating your fitness plan.
Fitness training includes one on one personalized training either indoors (gym) or outside. A training strategy will be created based on the initial plan of action consultation. we offer weekly session (1 hour). Stats are documented from each session and kept on file/ online to gauge week to week progress. The overall goal is simple. The workout/ training strategy has to be result driven and effectiveness monitored and reviewed in order to ensure success.
We offer a free grocery store tour (optional). This helps the client understand food, food labeling, how to make good food choices and how to make the market work toward your fitness goal.
Although we don’t believe in meal plans we prefer to focus on a food/ meal strategy. I believe this allows more flexibility in food choices and allows for greater opportunity to be successful. Each client receives a prepared food strategy according to their goals (weight loss, weight gain or weight maintenance)
I keep this simple as well. There are two packages
$99. Per month includes:
4 one hour training sessions.Grocery store tour, Monthly progress photo, and online private fitness profile.If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, no problem. All 4 sessions must be completed within that given calendar month. There are no carry overs or refunds.
$185. Per month includes:
8 one hour training sessions. Grocery store tour, Monthly progress photo, and online private fitness profile. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, no problem. All 8 sessions must be completed within that given calendar month. There are no carry overs or refunds.
Custom packages that go outside of our current packages
(couples, children, more sessions) please contact me.
• All packages include consultation, tailored meal strategy, on your own training strategy, free admission to any UBV event or gathering.
• A signed agreement and statement of current health condition is required, before starting a new program.
• Payment is due The 1st of every month (cash, debit or credit) first payment plus activation fee $99, is due at agreement signing
• The client or trainer has the right to cancel this agreement at anytime
